L. Gilshenan 5 I was pleasantly surprised by how good this bike was. I was expecting something a little more delicate considering it's mostly alumium (at this price) but its a really solid ride. I'm a heavier guy (177cm height, 93kgs) but it handles me perfectly fine. The gears are solid, occasionally a little sticky, but not the worst I've seen. The brakes are responsive and quiet and I've yet to feel that they will give out. The folding mechanism is easy to get the hang of, I'm able to break it down in under 30 seconds. Would recommend getting some folding pedals if you want to get a bag for it. Speed is ok, smaller wheels will be a limiter and you'll never keep pace with road bikes. The accelleration on the other hand is very good. It's also very manuverable, but could be improved with some better tyres. Some bad things about the bike....the seat, every one of my friends who have tried it agree the seat is terrible. It's hard; and every bump is going to leave your behind sore. The handlebar adjustments are next to nothing, the the handle on the right side is a bit short. As mentioned above the tyres are a bit average, but they'll do, dont rely on them too much for traction in wet weather.Overall its a solid bike, very light and a pocket rocket off a pedestrian crossing.
