Very versatile. Quite happy with the product. However, the screw under the handle gets dangerously hot; if you try to hold the handle where the thumb grip is, you risk burning your index finger and dropping the hot pan and contents. IGNORE THE THUMB GRIP!UPDATE: After 2 years of use, the "Diamond Coat" writing and stars painted/printed on the inside of the pan are no longer non-stick! Even basic things like fried eggs gets stuck on the "Diamond Coat". The parts of the pan that does not have "Diamond Coat" and stars are still non-stick. DO NOT BUY anything that has "Diamond Coat" painted on it!

大きさはちょうどだったのですが…やはり思ってたよりはとても硬かったです

特に5ミリ平板の上下の波々が特に頼りになってくれるので気に入っています。両端を抑えて調節できるのも良いです。普通の音波の形のも小さい巻き巻きも気分が変わってなかなかです。
